For as long as I can remember I’ve been insatiably curious about the human body and its potential.

I wanted to know, what exactly is it that makes some women obtain and sustain a healthy, happy body and mind?

Why do some women struggle with weight while others find it easy to stay in shape despite the most challenging circumstances?

I was also passionate about the connection between the psychology of reframing our thoughts and it’s positive impact on our bodies. And the influence of nutrition on our performance and aliveness.

As a working woman and mother with my own physical issues and coveted time,  I embarked on a quest to heal my own body.  Even after thousands of hours of teacher training  with world renowned pilates teachers and body specialists, I still wasn’t 100% healed.

I couldn’t find a one-stop system out there that was full proof  for me and my clients.

So, I created the Body Bliss System that is mindfully tailored for you.

A sustainable solution that will last a lifetime, but not take a lifetime to learn.

Today I am privileged to work with leaders, celebrities, working women, and moms alike to get them the best body of their lives.
